What is New Way’s methodology?
Our program is divided into 12 levels. We follow a goal-oriented and interactive approach for each of our core lessons and levels. We compare our objectives with the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
How long does it take to complete the program?
It depends on your goal. Each level has a duration of 3 months or 24 core lessons, except level 1 & 2, they will take one month (8 core lessons) each to complete.
Can I reschedule my core lessons?
Yes. Our policy is very flexible. You will be able to reschedule your core lesson for Fri or Sat of that same week ot the next with a notice more than 24 hours in advance to scheduling@onthenewway.com
How many core lessons can I attend per week?
Our program works at a 2 lesson p/week pace. Don’t forget that consistency will make your experience more effective and positive.
What type of learning materials do you provide?
Each core lesson has a PDF or Word doc to review and practice before, during, and after the class, additionally, we send short videos, audios, and other learning resources through our Google Classroom group.
Do you offer 1-on-1 instruction?
No. We believe that having others students at the same level gives you a unique opportunity to become more confident and fluent when speaking Spanish.
What if I need extra help with my homework or progress?
Your Spanish tutor will be there to answer any questions or doubts you may have. You can also book a 20-minute 1-on-1 with any of our instructors to clarify any doubts.

How much does the program cost?
We have 3 plans that are divided into monthly billing for $288, biannual billing for $1,555, and annual billing for $2,880.
Will I be charged taxes?
No, you will not be charged taxes.
How do I cancel my monthly membership?
You can cancel your membership with a short email ‘I’d like to pause/cancel my membership’ at support@onthenewway.com and your membership will not renew.
Do you offer refunds?
Our goal is to give you an effective and positive learning experience. New Way provides a 14-day money-back guarantee if you did attend your core lessons, did the work assigned from your Profe de Español and didn't work for you.
Core Lessons
How many students does the core lessons have?
Up to 3 students. You might have lessons with 1 or 2 more students at the same level.
Do I have the same Spanish tutor for each core lesson?
Yes. You will be assigned one of our awesome Spanish tutors for your 2 core lessons per week. If you need to reschedule a class (on Fri & Sat) you might have a different one.
Do I know what the learning topics for the core lessons are beforehand?
Yes, once you start our program, you will receive a curriculum of your level for your review.
Do I get homework?
Yes. In each core lesson you will receive a homework assignment. Typically, the homework takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
Talks en Español & Special Events
How do the Talks en Español work?
Our talks are hosted by our Founders twice a month (on Fri & Sat) - It gives our students the opportunity to put their speaking skills to the test. Each of our Talks has one or more conversational topics.
Is there an extra cost to attend the Talks en Español?
No. Our Talks are included in all of our plans.
What are the Special Events?
Our special events are hosted by professionals in their field to teach us about their expertise. They typically are cooking classes, wine and beer tastings, coffee and more.
Do the Special events have a fee?
Yes. The fees can vary depending on the type of event and special guests.
